Community impact

Round Rock City Council approved a $19 million contract March 14 with John King Construction, Ltd. for the Sports Center expansion project.

The expansion is expected to add over 25,000 square feet, including two additional basketball courts; four additional volleyball courts; and other amenities such as additional seating, restrooms, concessions and storage. There will also be more parking added for the facility.

Parking garage construction underway in Hutto Co-Op District

Construction of Hutto’s first parking garage is underway! Crews from John King Construction have recently gone vertical on the structure, which is located within the Hutto Co-Op District.

BCS Tops Out Hutto Projects for John King Construction

Recently BCS partnered with John King Construction to build a six level Parking Garage and five level office building in Co-op District of Hutto. According to Project Manager, Cesar Hernandez, “Working together we were able to produce a high-quality product, on schedule and exceed the expectations of our client.” General Superintendent Leo Perez and Superintendents Eric Izeta and Jose Rodriguez led the team to success.

Jack Allen's Kitchen, office and retail building coming to Hutto Co-Op District

The developer of the Hutto Co-Op District has unveiled new renderings of a four-story office building and Hutto’s first parking garage for a mixed-use project. Both buildings are under construction in the district.
