John King Construction partnered with repeat client The Crow Group to deliver a multi-phase Class A office development in Round Rock, Texas. The project began with the construction of City Centre I, a three-story, 18,309 SF Class A office building, completed in 2018.

Following the base building completion, JKC continued working with ownership on multiple improvement projects within the building. In 2020, we completed a tenant improvement for our own corporate headquarters, and in 2021 delivered additional upgrades including interior lobby finishout, restroom finish out, and HVAC upgrades serving all three floors.

The next phase of the development included City Centre II, a twin sister building to the original structure. JKC completed the core and shell construction along with all common area finish-outs within the building. Additional tenant improvements included a full-floor office buildout for Office Evolution and another full-floor medical office buildout for Family Care Center.

Through this multi-phase development, John King Construction provided consistent delivery across ground-up construction, building infrastructure improvements, and large-scale tenant finish-outs, strengthening an ongoing relationship with The Crow Group while contributing to the continued growth of the Round Rock business community.
