John King Construction served as General Contractor for this ground-up development consisting of a 71,346 SF, four-story Class A office building (Building 12), 6- Story Parking Garage, Jack Allen’s Restaurant, and an extensive site work package. The office building was constructed using cast-in-place concrete with both mild and post-tensioned reinforcement. Extensive embeds and MEP sleeves were precisely coordinated and installed throughout multiple elevated deck placements, demonstrating strong technical execution and multi-trade coordination.
