John King Construction served as General Contractor for the Northwestern Offices, a ground-up commercial office project located at 728 Northwestern Avenue in Austin, Texas. The project included two, two-story office buildings totaling approximately 9,510 SF, with Building A at 4,845 SF and Building B at 4,665 SF. The scope included shell construction, site work, building systems coordination, accessibility compliance, exterior stairs and railings, storefront systems, roofing, MEP coordination, and interior office infrastructure.  

After completing the shell buildings, JKC continued with tenant finish-outs for Enboarder and IA Architects, delivering modern office interiors with open work areas, conference and collaboration spaces, restrooms, showers, server/storage rooms, and custom finish details. The finished project features a contemporary architectural design with strong street presence, expansive glazing, exposed interior elements, wood accents, exterior decks, board-formed concrete, stainless steel railings, and bright, flexible workplace interiors.
