Jack Allens - Hutto

Jack Allen’s Kitchen to open in Hutto’s Co-Op District.

The restaurant, known for its menu of Southern comfort food, will span around 7,500 square feet, including indoor and outdoor dining areas. The business is also expected to bring 90-100 new jobs to Hutto, where the restaurant will operate seven days a week. Once open, the Jack Allen’s will feature a bar with frozen beverages, wine on tap and single-barrel bourbon from distillers throughout the country. The menu will also include daily specials.

“The bar has been set very high at The Co-Op in terms of quality, craftmanship and design aesthetic, and we want to ensure that from the moment you arrive on site, to your parking experience, to your visit to a restaurant, shop or office space, the experience is not only favorable, but also memorable," says Bob Wunsch of MA Partners, developer of the Co-Op District.

“The decision to come to Hutto and the Co-Op District was an easy one,” Jack Allen’s Kitchen co-owner Tom Kamm said in the release. “Our president, Nick Rotas, and our beverage director, David Toby, as well as a number of other employees and longtime customers recently moved to Hutto and have given nothing but wonderful reviews for the friendliness of the community and all that it has to offer.”
