Hutto City Hall was a Public Private Partnership and acts as the anchor building to a 35 acre mixed use development. JKC has completed multiple projects within the Hutto Co-op Development over the past 3 years. Hutto City Hall is a 37,000sf concrete tilt wall building with structural steel framing that serves as the community library, city staff offices and city hall. The project was turned over to the city 10 months after breaking ground with less than 5% in change orders.
