From Shell Construction to Tenant Build-Out

John King Construction completed the ground-up construction of the 12,613-square-foot ArrowPoint Retail Shells in Cedar Park, creating flexible, tenant-ready commercial space designed to attract a variety of retail and restaurant users. The project features modern architectural elements, durable exterior finishes, and adaptable floor plans that allow businesses to efficiently customize their spaces.

Our involvement at ArrowPoint didn’t stop with the shell building. As tenants were secured, the developer again selected John King Construction to complete the tenant finish-out for Shake Shack, allowing us to deliver the project from the initial shell construction through the finished restaurant. This continuity helped ensure a seamless transition between core and shell construction and tenant occupancy while maintaining the quality and schedule expected by both the developer and tenant.
